Dr. Morgan Fletcher was born, raised, and medically trained in San Antonio,
Texas. Her undergraduate education was performed at the University of Texas at
Austin, where she graduated summa cum laude with a major in biochemistry.
Thereafter, she completed her medical school training at the University of Texas
Health at San Antonio, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha
(AOA) Honor Society and participated in many Dermatology free clinics. Dr.
Fletcher continued her training at the University of Texas Health at San Antonio,
graduating from an Internal Medicine internship in 2020 and a Dermatology
residency in 2023. She then relocated to Galveston, TX to perform a fellowship in
the field of Dermatopathology at the University of Texas Medical Branch.

Dr. Fletcher loves the deep-rooted culture and community of San Antonio, and
she feels honored to be able to provide care in the fields of Dermatology and
Dermatopathology in her hometown. Her particular interests lie in skin cancer
prevention and treatment, procedural dermatology, rheumatologic dermatology,
and dermatopathology.

Dr. Fletcher is board certified in Dermatology by the American Board of
Dermatology. She has a green thumb, enjoys cooking and fitness, and spends
most of her free time outside with her two rescue pups.
